  • Its no secret that my favorite, pre-paid/pay as you go no contract canadian wireless provider is Virgin Mobile. There customer service is second to none and level of service in general is great. I've always been happy with the quality of reception and their phones in general. So yesterday when I read they were releasing a blackberry pearl and offering blackberry service, my heart jumped.

    Finally Canadians who don't want to be locked into some goofy contract will have the ability to get a blackberry and enjoy what every other thumbing Canadian is enjoying.

    This is great news for RIM and Virgin. With the now seemingly affordable pricing for blackberries the proliferation will be that much greater! More people blackberrying means better advancement in what is already great technology and more useful software!
